Microsoft And Dropbox Are Teaming Up

Office 365 users will soon be able to access documents through Dropbox and save them directly to a cloud storage device.

The collaboration will mean a seamless approach to opening documents in dropbox with them the option to open it in Office 365. Users will also be able to share new or edited files from Office 365 applications.

Until now, Office 365 documents have automatically saved to OneDrive and could only be accesses and shared through that cloud service.

Access to this service will be available from the next round of Office Apps updates for iOS and Android which will be available in the next coming weeks.
